Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and conduct any resulting engagement, plus a reasonable period thereafter for our records. Server logs and analytics data are retained according to our service providers' standard retention periods.

You can request that we delete the information you submitted through the contact form by emailing us at scott@the.fit. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
